Actual responsibility
Scientific leadership, safety analysis, assessment, education and administration have clearly defined responsibilities. Professional decisions and financial interests are handled separately.
Roles and responsibilities
| Role | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Management body | Strategy, budget, resources and contracts; No specification of desired results. |
| Scientific management | Methods, research and professional standards. |
| Reporting office and safety analysis | Protected receipt, initial review and organisational analysis. |
| Data protection review | minimising data and examining remaining identification risks. |
| Certification management | Coordination of procedures and completeness. |
| Auditors | Evidence review, interviews and findings. |
| Certification decision | Independent decision based on the released program. |
| Complaints and appeals | examination of objections and conflicts of interest. |
| Education lead | Curricula, speakers, conditions of participation and implementation. |
| Editing | Sources, publications, versions and corrections. |
| Administrative office | Administration and agreed communication. |
Independent decisions
People involved in advice or an audit do not decide on their own work alone. Approval by two people requires two distinct individuals. Marketing and accounting staff do not receive report content.
For own or affiliated companies, a ban on regular self-certification applies. A later exception requires independently responsible external audit and decision as well as a transparent program rule.
Historical programmes
The historical programs are conducted within research and publications. Source verification, historical classification, examination of today's recommendations and data protection verification of real learning cases remain distinguishable tasks.
