Complaints about certified organisations
A single indication does not automatically lead to a public negative status. Competent unbiased persons shall consider the basis, safeguards, consultation where appropriate and any necessary changes. The identity of reporting persons is not disclosed.
Objection to audit decisions
The procedure separates initial decision and independent appeal review. Responsibilities and deadlines are published in the released program version. A rejection of a previously never granted certificate is not represented as a public negative register entry.
