The institute documents its requirements, version, scope and change history. Each assessment identifies the applicable programme version. An institute’s own standard is not automatically a government requirement or an internationally accredited standard.

Historical sources and programs can explain the question. Today’s criterion requires its own development, justification, testing and approval process. A historical study is not a valid standard version.
