Scope of services
The written scope may concern information, handovers, follow-up care, escalation or internal learning processes. The result is a confidential report with comprehensible observations and possibilities for improvement.
Confidentiality and boundaries
A review is not a certification, not a positive preliminary decision for a certificate and not a guarantee of legal or medical freedom from error. Personal treatment data is not part of a general request. The documents required and permissible for a commissioned review will be determined before they are submitted.
The road to review
- Non-binding clarification of questions and process scope.
- Written definition of objective, limits, responsibility, remuneration and confidentiality.
- Agreed document review, interviews and process presentation.
- Confidential report with observations, limitations and opportunities for improvement.
Independence of subsequent examination
Previous advice is recorded as a possible conflict of interest in a subsequent certification application. Review and certification are separate processes.
